Humpback Whale, Megaptera novaeangliae

The Humpback is a moving creature to see in person, both due to their size and due to the fact that they clearly want to communicate with us. Nick painted the original used to create these prints after an up close and personal experience he had with a whale on Stellwagen Bank off Cape Cod. The original painting was over 8 feet wide!
